Importance of Pictures!!!

Hello folks!

I have been faithfully doing Bodybeast for 5 weeks now. I have slipped up on my nutrition here and there because really - who doesn't love pizza and wine? And chocolate. But I have consistantly been doing my workouts. Haven't missed a workout. If I missed a day, I made it up. So...imagine my frustration when I weighed byself and only lost 4 ounces! UGH!!!!

So I took some pics....

I can totally tell a difference in my belly and hips mainly. I will take it!!! Lesson learned! Just keep on keeping on and don't worry about the scale!

Excuse me now while I hide that lying bitch in my hubby's closet!
