Shakeology "Brownie" Bars
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop of Shakeology
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
handful of pecans
Mix all together. Spay pan with oil. Put in pan and mash down to set. (I used a bread pan. Use whatever you have!) Put in freezer until solid (about 3 hours). Take out of freezer and let rest so you can losen from pan. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
Shakeology Mug Cake
What to do when that late night craving attacks? Try this! This will kick that craving to the curb!
In a mug, mix in 1 scoop of Shakeology. Sprinkle in a tiny bit of baking powder (¼ of a tsp ish). A dash of salt. Maybe half a packet of Stevia if you want it extra sweet. Mix well.
Crack in an egg and add in a few tablespoons of your milk of choice (I add unsweetened almond or cashew milk). Throw in dash of vanilla extract.
Mix it thoroughly.
If your really feeling adventurous, add in a big dollop of peanut butter. Put the 'dollop’ in the center and push it down a bit in the center.
Place in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds and voila!
Chocolate Shakeology Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Recipe

1 Scoop, Chocolate Shakeology

1 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
-
1-2 cups of water, almond milk, or low-fat milk

ice
Blend to taste!
Coconut Lime Shakeology
Ingredients:
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
½ cup water
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
½ tsp. pure coconut extract
Preparation:
1. Place coconut milk, water, lime juice, coconut extract, Shakeology, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
